Windermere Neighborhood Staging
/When I think how challenging this project was I want to go to sleep again. It’s good for us to be pushed to keep improving at our game of staging. We switched furniture up many many times until most of us agreed to the final look. Takes a team for sure.
Listing by Maider & Knowles of Windermere, Design Build by Thomas Blaike Group and Staging by some exhaused Stager Girls at Open House LLC.

/When I step back and look at all the art, furnishings and accessories that it takes to put together a great looking room I am blown away with all the labor involved to create it. And to think my sister had to shop for just about all of it! We get to walk into a warehouse with everything in it's department and just pick and choose what we want. Sister Extraordinaire has to actually purchase each item. I am exhausted just thinking about it!
Here are a few rooms in a hip condo that we staged in South Seattle. And all you have to do is click to get the look! How easy is that?!

/When the house speaks to us-we answer. The light fixture and marble fireplace are the true stars of this room. Our job was simply to enhance its features so we stayed soft and mellow.
Were kind of into Navy right now.
/The Stager Girls created a cute condo today and of course we went with Navy. The last 3 of our jobs we used navy which means we need more. If that is the direction we move then our buyers need to bring it on!
Isn't this a great bed set up? And note the layered navy rug on the sisal.
