Home Office Inspo

I fell in love with this adorable home office that I found from Jessica Stansberry’s Pinterest page. As the Open House Intern my bosses are letting me loose on the design front and I get to pick a style I like and share how to create it. I hope this impresses you because I do love my job and want to be kept around awhile longer. HA!

Seward Park Beauty

Sitting high on the hill is this Seward Park beauty! The living room is so elegant. We were loving how well it came together and know that it will be promptly scooped up.

Hip Condo Time

Check out this 2 bed 2 bath condo in Bellevue…we added our staging to its already vibrant personality. It’s like a mini farmhouse.

Lighting...a quick and easy update.

A lighting refresh is an affordable way to update your home. I picked out some fixtures to inspire a client and hopefully you as well. I am showing all black right now but have many other selections in our SHOP.

Chandeliers… I love all of these pieces. You don’t need a “modern” home to pull this off. Pow and personality. Done.

Vacation in the City

This home is breathtaking. We love the old world charm and some ever-so-cool updates. The fact that I consulted on this job 2 owners ago shows just how long we have been in this industry. The previous owner would Airbnb the lower level so the vacationers could have full use of the pool. How clever is that?! And a great side hustle.

The front porch doubles as a lounge area. It feels intimate in this space. So much to see here.

Chateau in the City

A bit of Scottish Highlands, an Urban Chateau, a Fraternity House? Whatever you call it…it’s ever so cool.

Beauty around every corner, ornately carved doors leading to other pleasantly surprising (and well staged) rooms. And all the gorgeous wood paneling must be what makes the home so peaceful and quiet inside. A window-filled turret attached to the Main Bedroom? Ummm… dreamy. Even the door knocker is a 10!

I have one simple request: I must be invited to sit at the dining table under the painted ceiling panels with the new owner that I want to be friends with. Deal? Okay, carry on…

A Full Circle House

Back in 1989 my sister and I rented this home. We added roommates and started our careers. It was a pretty fancy home for us back in the day. It then was later purchased by some good friends of mine who did a great remodel and today’s sellers added their touch with more improvements.

Thrilled my sister and I got to stage this home. We were flooded by memories of the big Snow Event of 1990, our apple cup party where we let the neighbors know ahead of time, our cars being stolen from out front, and convincing our landlord to get us a VCR during the snow.

Our team of hardworking and overworked Stager Girls absolutely loved its charm and character. Thank you universe for bringing it back into our circle.
