These fabulous chairs from Wisteria can go anywhere and make a statement. Picture them as the host and hostess chairs at the end of the dining table, or a beautiful desk chair, or perhaps flanking a console, or a pop of brightness in the corner of a room, right smack in the entry, or around a kitchen table and on and on and on.

Just finished this gem of a townhouse in one of Seattle's uber hip neighborhoods: Fremont. This is the perfect Car2Go area as everything and I mean everything is in walking distance. Plus with the Lime bikes all over the area who needs a car?! The garage is just icing on the cake.

The listing is by Bentley Pugh for Keller Williams North Seattle. Photographs by Sean Henderson at 3DRE and the hipster staging was done by us Stager Girls at Open House.
These Stager Girls are pretty exhausted choosing furniture, rugs, art, accessories and exhausted hanging, steaming, layering, folding, lifting, cleaning, and decorating....
but there are now several fabulously staged listings for sale all over Seattle and Bellevue.
We have made our mark!

Part of our master plan is to make these condos dreamy, sexy and photo worthy. We love popping a bar cart where ever we can, adding over sized art if we want to and creating a work space that sings.
Our Team Diva client gives us free reign and that = creativity.
Another fabulous listing by Team Diva Real Estate, photos by John Wilbanks and staging by us at Open House Staging.
We are often asked if we sell our furniture. The answer is "yes" and "no". What I can do is help you achieve our look through similar items. If I can dial you into the exact item I will but you can capture the vibe with some of the shopping suggestions below.

This hip listing went pending not long after we drove away. It was listed by Jason Viydo for Windermere Real Estate, photographed by Jason Mercio from Mercio Photography and staged by the adorable team of Stager Girls at Open House.

That's it! I am exhausted with all of this shopping. It's your turn...
We are in luck! We all have a chance to enter the HGTV Dream Home Sweepstakes that is here in Washington. It is a beautiful getaway for us city dwellers in Gig Harbor Washington. Voted one of the best small towns in America. I AM IN!
The spaces in and outside of the home were designed by Brian Patrick Flynn. And everything was purchased online!
Enter daily to win this incredible home. Visit their site to purchase any of the items in the home. How easy is that? I am planning to win so look in the mail for your invitation to my new home. Ha!
Pretty dreamy listing, right? It's listed by Reilly Schanno for Windermere Real Estate, staged by the Stager Girls of Open House and photographed by Andrew Webb at Clarity Northwest.
Loving this color as an accent. I just restyled my daughter's room using violet as inspiration. Started with white bedding and sparkly white throw pillows, then added a violet furry throw pillow and finished with a print of the Eiffel Tower in black, violet, and lavender. It doubles as my guest room so I wanted it to be pretty for my daughter (who hasn't even seen it yet!) and guests. Here is what I purchased. Click & Shop.

We like introducing you to agents we work with, love and admire. To us, it is worth spreading the word on the Real Estate Rock Stars out there.
Meet JASON VIYDO. He makes the home buying and selling process almost effortless. With his many years of experience in the industry he has seen and experienced just about everything. My advice? Listen to him, do what he says and your property will be listed, shown and sold in the best light. I appreciate that he personally meets us at the property, the inspector, the appraiser, the painter, the cleaner-it's all hands on and laser focused. I gave him a few get to know ya questions:
WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT YOUR PROFESSION?
The opportunity to help my clients get clear on their real estate goals. It is one of the biggest financial purchase or sale most of us make in our lifetime. In some cases, giving the advice to not buy or sell if it is not in the best interest of my client is a rewarding part of my job. I like being able to help someone achieve their goals.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN AN AGENT?
30 years; all with Windermere Real Estate
WHAT IS ONE OF YOUR FAVORITE LISTINGS?
A group of townhomes on Yale in the Eastlake neighborhood in 2008. This was a fabulous site overlooking Lake Union, the city skyline and evening sunsets in the most challenging market I ever faced. I was able to get them all sold, while other properties around the city were going to foreclosure.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE DRINK?
Bourbon on the rocks. It reminds me of my father; he always had a bottle of Old Grandad in the liquor cabinet, even though I never saw him take a drink.
IF YOU HAD A BOAT WHAT WOULD YOU NAME IT?
The Carol Marie. (ahhh... I love that-your sweet adorable wife!)
WHAT IS THE BEST PURCHASE YOU EVER MADE?
Our home where we raised our family. However, I always enjoy the purchase of a hot, freshly baked chocolate chip cookie.
WHAT IS THE WORST THING ABOUT YOUR JOB?
Parking in city. To ease my pain, I’ve switched to a small electric car, the I-3. I can create a parking spot darn near anywhere.
WHAT BENEFIT DO YOU BRING TO A GROUP OF FRIENDS?
Humor. I like to give my friend’s a good-natured ribbing. If you can dish it out, you got to be able to take it.
WHAT WAS THE LAST BOOK YOU READ?
Leaders Eat Last by Simon Sinek. This book is about being a leader and pulling together as a team.
We are here to help with the marketing of your biggest asset-your home. Connect with us to guide you through the process of preparing your home for the market. We can do as little as help edit your existing furniture and give you paint colors to neutralize your home or stage your home with our fabulous collections of furniture, art and accessories. We have been through this process ourselves several times. Open House can make is so much easier!
