Before and After

We do not get to post many "before" photos. I lost us a client that way years ago. We found out while driving to a staging job that Potential Client was insulted. Sister Ex and I had to pull to the side of the road, get out and laugh ourselves into tears over the email from Potential Client. Another case of learning as you go...

In this case, the parties involved will not be offended. They have moved on and left their little condo in the trusty hands of a super star real estate agent with vision and a few Stager Girls that love a challenge.

Behold! A Transformation...

Floating Home

We would probably work for free on these jobs. They present an entirely new set of challenges for us, get us outside of the staging procedures box and into some creative doing. This particular home was located 125 steps from the street. We counted each time we walked back and forth making the day a total of 2500 steps. Our instructions were to marry our furniture with that of the homeowners. Not always the perfect result but certainly a step up.
