I am bummed by the loss of my lovely Elsa Peretti designed Tiffany pen. That daughter of mine took it out of my bag and never put it back. She was sickened by the loss so I had to remain calm and pretty much let it go. Prayers to St. Anthony....
It takes me back to my days of a fabric buyer and my travels to NY to visit my vendors. Let it go....I know.

On the Lake

We left Hood Canal and headed over to Mason Lake to be with Sister Ex and have some lake side fun.
Pretty little vignettes dot the lake like this illuminated swing.
Sister Ex & Dagny
Together we enjoyed clams and oysters that we harvested from our beach, grilled pork, halibut & portebello mushrooms with a couple of amazing salads. It's all quite lovely in true sister Ex style.
Happily Vacationing

After parking our sweet Airstream and a restful night sleep we opened our door to a breathtaking view.
Shucking oysters on the beach is a new experience. I just copied the locals....
With an Airstream full of girls, you have to add in the beach crafts.
Almost a full moon. Can't remember when I witnessed moonlight dancing on the water...heaven.
The photo below, epitomizes the RV "resort" where we are staying. Tons of beauty and tons of tacky.
Off to visit Sister Ex today in her home on the lake. We planned our vacations without consulting each other and ended up out of town the same week and only 30 minutes away from each other.
Seattle Design Center Sale

This is a sale not to be missed. Last sale, Sister Ex and I purchased a killer cream sofa we refer to as the "vegan sofa" for almost nothing. That sofa is always in use on our staging jobs. Here are some more of our purchases.

Excited to be away for a week of rest and relaxation. This Middle Sister is off in her cute Airstream to enjoy salty water, splunking on the beach and oysters on the grill.

Sister Ex will be relaxing lake side with the buzz of wet bikes, boats and swimming at her feet. We are actually on the same side of Puget Sound so we may pay each other a visit.

Big Wow in a small space

Gathered this weekend with my two favorite chefs. It got me thinking how poorly the kitchen was laid out and how visually uninspiring it was but the food and drinks that were delivered via said kitchen was as usual a 10. Thank you Ter and Dags.... What a wonderful, sunny weekend.
