Our New Talent
/
Meet our new designer Danielle. She knows how to deal with the sisters (kind of a big thing 'cause we can be overbearing and opinionated), she speaks her mind, and she can laugh.
Danielle priced all of our treasures at our very successful warehouse sale. I heard her say to a shopper "it's the accessories that can really change a room- you should get this". (I forgot to tease her about it later).

Inspiration in New Places
/
Stopped at the Olympic Game Farm in Sequim. You stay in your car and drive through the property and view animals or feed them as they come up to your car. A pretty crazy concept. On a personal note I had a sick stomach seeing the animals in this environment but I do not know any background on the animals or the company so I do not want to speak out of line.
I was inspired by the colors in the animals and their setting.

Book Club Reading
/This is a simple summer read that has remained on the best seller list for months. Everyone is enjoying it. Check out Kathryn Stockett's website for more information on her and the book.
Staging
/
Sister Ex was off enjoying Santa Barbara's offerings this week so Danielle and I had to press on without her. A mighty fine job staging indeed. (The photos are dark tho...)
This is listed by Windermere's Julie Polkinghorn.

Heaven on Wheels
/When you live in the city you can't park the Airstream in front of your home. We found a location down the street. Still a traffic stopper no matter where you park this little 1962 jewel.
Isn't is so sweet?
Our road trip to Sequim begins... We are traveling down the blue Highway experiencing the road trip in a way that we never have. The Blue Highway is not the direct route.
Hello little trailer...
Jones Soda-So Cool
/
The brilliant people at Jones Soda have come up with an incredibly cool idea. You can choose your soda flavor and create your own label. And it's not crazy expensive.

How clever is that?
And... they are having a contest to see who can design the best label which will be featured in their ad. Any interest my dear friend Kamie?
Laurelhurst Condo
/
Staged a condo in a jewel of a building. Built in the 50's with all the glam of its day. How it has remained in such an original state is beyond me.
