OUR OFFERINGS
Market Ready Consultation: $95/hr
If you are interested in professional advice but plan to do the work yourself then an Open House LLC "Market Ready" Consultation is what you are looking for. We will walk through your home with a keen eye on what changes, additions, and enhancements need to take place to ensure your home will be viewed in its best light. You may do your own note taking and the consultation will last just an hour or two. If you like a list of recommendations and a full recap of the "Market Ready" Consultation, a follow up report can be provided for an additional charge.

Partial Staging: $750 and up
If you want to stage but your budget or time limits you then a partial staging may be what you are looking for. This entails a limited amount of furniture set throughout the home in smaller vignettes. While it may not have as large an impact as a fully staged home, it is much more desirable than a completely vacant home. Another type of partial staging is enhancing your current furnishings. Perhaps you have a vacant room, your furniture does not showcase a particular room well, or you know that your home needs additional styling. Open House LLC will augment your existing furnishings and accessories to create a home stylish and inviting. One that potential buyers will remember.

Full Staging $1800 and up
You've heard the statistics, been advised of the advantages, and you are ready to stage your home to give it every opportunity to shine in a competitive real estate market. This service entails furniture, art, and accessories delivered to your home, spaces designed by professionals and a 30 day rental of all items delivered by Open House LLC. This generally takes two days. We will meet for our initial consultation and decide what style, colors, and furnishings will be best for your specific property. We then return and spend the two days creating a stylish, vibrant home that will leave buyers thrilled. Rental for the staging pieces is charged on a monthly basis following the first 30 days.

Room Redesign: $95/hr
Whether you are planning to sell or just need a new vibe in your home, we can breathe new life into your surroundings. Open House LLC will spend time editing, rearranging, and transforming your property room by room usuing your furnishings and accessories. Sometimes it just takes a skilled eye to bring new energy and style back to your dwelling.

Color Consultation: call for quote.
The easiest way and most cost effective way to make a change in your home can be a new paint color. Too often sellers choose colors that they like instead of what is appealing to buyers. Open House LLC offers years of experience in color consultation with an army of colors that will freshen your home and make it current.
