Erin Quigley
Erin has always been a part of the creative world. She began her career in the clothing industry as a buyer. She moved into Garden Design after 10 years in the fashion industry and created award-winning gardens. She worked with her sister Tara on some construction projects and discovered the creative side of building homes and multifamily projects. Through that experience, her staging company, Open House LLC, was born. She is also the founder of Lily’s Pampering Salon & Party Boutique in Seattle, Washington. Lily’s is a chic salon, spa and party place for girls. Erin has a degree from Washington State University in Clothing & Textiles. She has a husband and two young daughters.

Tara Nelson
Tara has been building and designing homes since 1996. This includes remodels, new construction, multifamily, and interiors. In 2004 she founded Open House LLC with her sister Erin after their success in staging many of the properties she and Erin had built. Today she divides her time between Open House, her consulting and design business, Tara Nelson-Design, and a new eco friendly manufacturing company in which she creates and produces hip reusable shopping bags, Cool Conservation. Tara graduated with a Hotel & Restaurant degree from Washington State University and enjoyed 10 years of working at many luxury hotels around the country. She lives in Seattle with her husband and three children.
